  • Compression molding in our hydraulic, temperature calibrated 80T and 200T presses.
  • Vacuum or pressure bag molding
  • Metered resin transfer molding (RTM)
  • Trapped rubber molding (TRM)
  • And our proprietary processes

  • Networked engineering workstations performing Finite Element Analysis (ANSYS), 3D Motion Simulation (MSC.VisualNastran Desktop) and 2D/3D CAD (AutoCAD & Mechanical Desktop)

  • 200 Ton and 70 Ton hydraulic molding presses with heated platens
