Environmental Tectonics Corporation Awarded Blue Ribbon Designation In Military Training Technology Magazine's 8th Annual "Top Simulation & Training Companies of 2009" Competition

Southampton, PA, September 25, 2009. Environmental Tectonics Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: ETCC) ("ETC" or the "Company") announced today that it has been recognized as a top simulation and training company for 2009 and has been awarded a blue ribbon designation for leading the industry in technological innovation in the military training industry by Kerrigan Media, publishers of Military Training Technology magazine.

Kerrigan Media reported that, of approximately 1300 invitations to submit an entry, about 200 organizations were chosen to be listed as a top simulation and training company for 2009. Of these, only roughly 85 companies were further awarded a ribbon designation. ETC was only one of 14 organizations receiving the Blue Ribbon for leading the industry in innovation.

ETC's submittal for innovative technology highlighted their newly available Authentic Tactical Fighting System (ATFS™) Phoenix™ 400 as well as the complementary/stand-alone cockpit module. Additionally, the newly launched GL-6000 featuring a motion platform replicating STOVL, VTOL, Conversion and Flight modes of the F-35B, V-22 and BA609, was submitted for consideration.

ETC has been developing high performance aeromedical training and research devices for 40 years.
