ETC Receives Contract for 3 Flight Simulators

Southampton, PA: September 25, 2007 - Environmental Tectonics Corporation (AMEX: ETC) ("ETC" or the "Company") today announced the award of a contract to produce three General Aviation Trainers (GAT II®) for a Southeast Asian customer.

The contract, valued at approximately $1.5 million, will provide flight simulators to support introductory training for air force pilots. After completing a worldwide evaluation, the customer selected ETC, bringing the total number of training devices provided to this customer to ten over the past 20 years. The GAT II®s will replace existing flight trainers and upgrade the customer's air force pilot training capability.

A unique training benefit offered by the GAT-II® is training in the hazards associated with spatial disorientation (SD) during flight. Spatial Disorientation training emphasizes the physiological hazards which pilots could experience, thereby developing risk management skills in pilots early their career. FAA statistics show that when spatial disorientation is involved in a mishap, nine out of ten of those mishaps are fatal.

ETC designed and manufactures the GAT-II® family of motion based, General Aviation Trainers, which are currently available in Single Engine, Multi-engine, Helicopter and Regional Jet versions.

Each GAT-II® supports VFR, IFR, as well as Spatial Disorientation training. The high fidelity motion system provides realistic motion cues in response to pilot flight control inputs. The visual display provides an impressive photo-realistic terrain database with accurate modeling of major cities and terrain features. The list of features includes selectable meteorological conditions, instructor selectable malfunctions, various map views and contains real world airports and navigation aides.

William F. Mitchell, ETC's President and Chairman, stated, "ETC is proud of our continuing relationship with this customer. We remain dedicated to applying our state of the art technology to enhance pilot training and improve flight safety."
