ETC Delivers Virtual Reality Training System to Pennsylvania First Responders
Multi-Station Advanced Disaster Management Simulator (ADMS) Installed in Bucks County, PA

Southampton, Pa, August 3, 2006: Environmental Tectonics Corporation (AMEX:ETC) ("ETC" or the "Company") today announced the delivery of a multi-station Advanced Disaster Management Simulator (ADMS-TEAM) system to the Pennsylvania Southeast Regional Counter-Terrorism Task Force (CTTF).

As a recent Philadelphia-area study has brought to light, it is critical that emergency first-responders be at a constant state of readiness to effectively manage extreme situations and restore normalcy. To achieve this they must be thoroughly trained in multi-agency cooperation and coordination, which is essential in large-scale crises.

To help achieve this level of preparedness, the CTTF selected ADMS to augment their training program by filling the gap between tabletop exercises and real-world experience.

The CTTF chose ADMS partly because of its ability to train the National Incident Management System (NIMS), which standardizes incident management processes, protocols and procedures so that federal, state and local responders can readily coordinate. As a DHS approved training system, ADMS is available for procurement through several federal grant programs.
