ETC Announces that ETC-PZL Completes F16 Trainers for the Polish Air Force

SOUTHAMPTON, PA- April 18, 2006. Environmental Tectonics Corporation (AMEX: ETC) ("ETC" or the "Company") today announced that its Warsaw subsidiary, ETC-PZL Aerospace Industries ("ETC-PZL"), has successfully delivered three F-16C Block 52+ Aircraft Simulator Cockpits for use by the Polish Air Force. These cockpits were manufactured under a contract with L3 Communications, Arlington, TX to support the Polish F-16C/D fighter aircraft purchase. The order included three cockpits, three instructor stations and visual scene and avionic sensor databases. ETC-PZL also manufactured two Egress Procedure Trainers ("EPT") for practicing jet ejection procedures.

ETC-PZL will install the simulators and procedure trainers, conduct control tests, train Polish Air Force personnel and provide maintenance support for all the devices. The ejection seat EPTs, which for a number of years have been successfully used in international fighter pilot training, were designed and manufactured by the specialists from ETC-PZL. All these simulators and procedure trainers will be delivered to units of the Polish Air Force.

William F. Mitchell, President and CEO of ETC, stated, "The staff of ETC-PZL is to be congratulated on developing their existing simulation and training device technology to cost-effectively meet the pilot training needs of the advanced F-16C/D fighter for the Polish Air Force."
