ETC Wins Contract For Water Survival Training Equipment

Southampton, Pa, February 20, 2007: - Environmental Tectonics Corporation (Amex: ETC) ("ETC" or the "Company") today announced a contract award to supply a South East Asia Air Force with equipment to train their pilots in water survival and rescue procedures.

The contract, valued at valued at approximately U.S. $2.0 million, includes an Underwater Escape Trainer (UEST) and a Helicopter Rescue Hoist Trainer (HRHT) and is the first phase of a planned two phase program. Delivery is expected by the end of CY 2007.

The Underwater Escape Trainer, which is the most proven water survival training system in the world, allows aircrew and passengers to practice underwater egress procedures for multiplace helicopter or transport aircraft. The Helicopter Rescue Hoist Trainer allows aircrew to practice the proper procedures for water rescue of downed aircrew.
