ETC Announces Announces Staff Addition to its BioMedical Systems Group

Southampton, PA- February 6, 2007: - Environmental Tectonics Corporation's (AMEX:ETC) ("ETC" or the "Company") BioMedical Systems Group recently hired Mr. Brad Wells as Western Regional Sales Manager. Mr. Wells is responsible for selling the company's monoplace and multiplace hyperbaric chambers, in particular the BARA-MED®XD, the industry's most technically advanced chamber, featuring Windows®-based computer control software, automatic treatment printout and SMOOTH·RIDE™ compression/decompression protocol.

Mr. Wells joins ETC with a significant background in the sales and marketing of medical equipment. This includes prior experience selling hyperbaric chambers to hospitals and management groups. The hiring continues the Corporation's pattern of investment into the marketing division of the BioMedical Systems Group. Mr. Wells will join recent hires Jamal Radford and Greg Landry as well as experienced staff Glen Canterbury and Russ Peterson.

Russ Peterson, Director of the BioMedical Systems Group, stated, "The technological advantage of our chambers allows for increasing patient comfort, safety and maximizing operational efficiency. We're pleased to have someone of Brad's caliber with us to communicate this message, and the reasons behind it."

Mr. Wells is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University.
