ETC Announces Promotion

Southampton, Pa, January 4, 2007: - Southampton, PA. January 4, 2007 - Environmental Tectonics Corporation (AMEX: ETC) ("ETC" or the "Company") today announced the promotion of Robert Lloyd to President and Chief Creative Officer of ETC's wholly owned subsidiary, Entertainment Technology Corporation (EnTCo). Mr. Lloyd has most recently been the Manager of ETC's internal multimedia development group, the Creative Visualization Lab, and the Creative Director for EnTCo. Mr. Lloyd's projects have included the creation of the Monster Roll Cage team-player race attraction, the original award-winning Wild Earth: African Plains interactive photo-safari attractions and the new Deep Ocean Safari, due to launch in Spring 2007. As President and Chief Creative Officer, Mr. Lloyd's responsibilities will include overseeing all creative and business development for EnTCo projects for the theme park, family entertainment center, and educational institution markets, as well as space adventure and travel projects in support of ETC's National Aerospace Training and Research (NASTAR) Center. Mr. Lloyd will continue to support creative development of the user experience in ETC training and industrial projects and oversee the Creative Visualization Lab.

Mr. Lloyd holds a Master of Fine Arts from Tyler School of Art of Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
