Mike Willis Joins Environmental Tectonics Corporation

SOUTHAMPTON, Pa.: May 28, 2003 - Environmental Tectonics Corporation (Amex: ETC) today announced that Michael Willis has been appointed to the role of Engineering Manager for the Test and Simulation Systems Division.

Mike has extensive experience in providing the automotive and HVAC industries with environmental/climatic simulation test equipment throughout Europe, Asia, Australia and South, Central and North America. He has been personally involved in the design, installation and commissioning of over 24 full vehicle test chambers over 100 component test stands for the automotive industry and more than 16 test stands in the HVAC industry. These installations have included 2,400hp refrigeration systems. These systems have been installed in over 40 countries around the world.

Mike was the Vice-President of Technology at Ransco Industries for the last 6 years where he was responsible for the technological development of the Company including product designs and personnel capabilities. Prior to that he held a variety of posts from Manufacturing Director to R & D.

ETC'S Test and Simulation Systems (TSS) Division provides systems that simulate, control, and repeat the weather. TSS designs, manufactures and installs test equipment including Climatic chambers for HVAC and emissions testing, SHEDs, Corrosion chambers, Conditioned air supply units for engine testing including pressure control, altitude and RAM air simulation. We also provide test stands and calorimeters for testing a/c components such as compressors, condensers, and evaporator and heat cores. We also retrofit control systems using LabviewÒ based software systems.
