SOUTHAMPTON, Pa., March 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Environmental
Tectonics Corporation (Amex: ETC) today announced management changes for two
key members of its engineering staff.
Dr. Jack P. Sigda will head up the Aircrew Training Systems (ATS)
Engineering Department as Vice President Engineering Manager. Product
development under his responsibility will include all ETC's centrifuge,
spatial disorientation and commercial training devices. Jack has worked at
ETC since September 1992, holding various positions in software design and
control systems engineering. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from
Lafayette College, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from
the University of Virginia.
Jack was promoted to the title of Vice-President of Aircrew Training
Systems Engineering at the Company's Board Meeting in February.
Bernhard Richter will head up the new product Development Group as Vice-
President of Development. This group will manage the development of ETC's new
line of entertainment applications as well as the next generation of Flight
Simulators. Bernhard has been with ETC since 1983, holding various
engineering positions in ATS, the Sterilizer Group and the Hyperbaric Chamber
product line. He specializes in mechanical design, stress analysis,
instrumentation design and selection of drive systems. Bernhard holds an M.S.
in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany.
