SOUTHAMPTON, Pa., May 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Environmental Tectonics Corporation (Amex: ETC) a global technology and systems provider, and Scientific Software, Inc., a world leader in scientific systems, announced today that they have entered into a strategic business alliance.
Under this agreement, ETC will develop and market end user applications based on Scientific Software's CyberLAB Knowledge Engineering System(TM). ETC will market these integrated solutions to the medical, publishing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, aviation, and automotive markets. ETC is a technology leader in these markets, providing systems such as sterilization, entertainment, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, aircrew training, and environmental simulation. In addition, ETC will be the exclusive dealer for CyberLAB KES in Turkey and the Middle East markets.
This agreement also calls for Scientific Software to co-develop new software technologies with ETC, utilizing ETC's development centers in Turkey and Poland. ETC will also provide systems integration, management, validation and consulting services to Scientific Software's CyberLAB customers in the U.S. and European markets.
