SOUTHAMPTON, Pa., Feb. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Environmental Tectonics Corporation (Amex: ETC) is pleased to announce that Ernest L. Lewis has joined its corporate team. Mr. Lewis, an acknowledged expert in aviation systems development and acquisition, learning systems technology, simulation and emergency management, has joined ETC in a dual assignment as Program Director for Emergency Public Incident Coordination (EPIC)(TM), and for Dynamic Flight Simulation.
A 1962 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Mr. Lewis retired from the U.S. Navy as a Captain in 1992. His long and accomplished Naval career included three major command assignments. His operational service included combat duty as a carrier attack pilot during the Vietnam War. In 1977, he was selected to aerospace engineering duty, where he specialized in research, development and systems acquisition. Since 1992, Mr. Lewis has served as a learning systems and enterprise development consultant to a number of public and private organizations. He has also served on the adjunct faculty of the University of Central Florida. He is a life-long member of the National Search & Rescue Association and the Civil Air Patrol, where he commanded the Florida Wing from 1992 to 1994.
ETC is pleased to welcome Ernie Lewis on board, and believe he will be a tremendous asset to their team.
